Wow, what a week! As most of you know, I was in a car accident on Sunday and everyone survived except my car... well, I don't know that for sure yet- I'm still waiting to hear back from the insurance company, but they had me collect all my personal belongings yesterday so that in the event that it is totalled, they don't have to wait on me. I'm thinking it doesn't sounds too hopeful.
You know what really struck me as funny? That very morning in Sunday school, our lesson was about contentedness. It's funny how we don't recognize how well off we are until we lose stuff. Here I am now potentially without a car, and I realize that it was something I definitely took for granted. I never had to figure out how I was getting to work, or be stuck at home on my day off because I was without transportation. Never had to ride the bus (except for during high school) and I never had to make car payments! Right now I'm just trusting that God will provide, somehow! And I do appreciate all your prayers, because I have no idea how this will all turn out.
