I'm so excited! I get to go on a road trip across... Illinois. Well it's not the place that's cool, it's the people! I have the opportunity to see not one, but two college roommates get married within a week of each other!
So the plan is, fly to Nashville, drive up to Oostburg, WI and then drive back down to Chattanooga, hang out for a week and go to another wedding, and then fly home! It means missing a week and a half of work, but how fun! Guess I gotta start saving up those vacation hours...
I also found out today the exact date of another wedding- this one in Edinburgh, Scotland. Oh how I would like to go to that! What an opportunity- a free place to stay... good friends to see... I'll have to work on saving up for that one. : )
Who knows though, now I'm saving money on not buying a second plane ticket out to Charissa's wedding (which was supposed to be in August) God is soo good all of the time! He just keeps providing in ways that are completely unexpected!

Indeed, Scotland would have to be way up there on my list of places to go, that would be really cool if you could go Lyd! The trip to Chattanoogy sounds like fun too; what's with all these weddings? Better watch the water you drink back there...
Europe, I've been to Europe, wait, I live in Europe...let me try again. Scotland, I've been to Scotland. And I want to go back...October sounds good to me!
Ok everyone. Here's my idea:
I say everyone who can goes to Scotland, Lyd and Meg can actually go to the wedding (since they're invited), and the rest of us can tour the highlands and lowlands and have ourselves one hootin vacation. Sound good?
