For all those of you who were concerned about my commuting abilities, I am happy to announce that my wonderful Delores is back in my possession and better than ever! She is even clean (which is certainly not something I could boast about before...) Amazing how losing something, even temporarily, makes you appreciate the small things in life, like power windows and locks. And a passenger door that opens from the inside and out. : )
On other topics (yeah, amazingly there are other topics for me to talk about besides my car and the accident!) through another wonderful RUF sermon, I was thinking the other day about contentment and what all that entails, and I decided that if God wants me at Starbucks, I don't really care what everyone else thinks! I have a potential area for ministry there- our team is getting built up in such a way that there are actually non-christians I could invite to events! (For those that don't know, this is a big deal for a girl who first went to a private christian school followed by homeschool and a christian college.)
Well, on goes the day! I've been home for about fifteen minutes now, and I think that's my max- I'm off to shop for a present for a baby shower tomorrow! Btw- let's see a little more posting action out there! : )

hmm, not too sure on that one- sad to say, i think it may go back to sister act... delores van CARtier? i hope we have something more original than that, but that was always a joke in our house.
mom- how do you always do that? that was the verse sam used at ruf! i used to have it taped to my dresser- such a good verse. so simple, yet so profound.
exactly. Delores... van CAR-tier. it doesn't get any more original than that, baby.
